The Philippine Heart Center is the key government medical institution determined to promote corporate social responsibility through “integrity,accountability and proper management of public affairs and property” and establish effective practices aimed at prevention of graft and corruption in government.
The PHC management set up a Customer Relations Division with three sections: Public Assistance Information Unit, Customer Care Concierge and Patient Business Office which provide effective frontline services that will satisfy the needs of stakeholders through transparency and simplifying procedures that will expedite transactions.
