| »» PHC Critical Care Course, Non-Critical and Pediatric Enhancement Program and Comprehensive Skill Development Training for ICU Nurses or Certificates of Training Related to Cardiovascular Nursing equivalent to 250 CEUs. |
| »» At least 12 units of MAN. |
| »» Attendance to BCLS and ACLS Program. |
| »» At least three years of medical-surgical nursing experience. |
| »» Satisfactory work performance and recommendation from previous or current employer. |
