PMAP 2007 EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR

The Philippine Heart Center was chosen as 2007 Outstanding Employer Of The Year by People Management Association Of The Philippines, the premier organization of Human Resource Practitioners. This award aims to give recognition to a company that satisfactorily fulfills its human resource management responsibilities, as demonstrated by its leadership, dynamism, professionalism, strategic thinking and implementation, continuous improvement in HR processes and programs, linkage of HR to business objectives, and employee focus. It is meant to give honor to the company for others to emulate its example.

Criteria for the (EOY) Award: Leadership, Strategic Human Resource Planning, Human Resource Focus, Process Management, Business Results and Corporate Social Responsibility.

The recognition was given during PMAP's 31st Awards Night last September 28, 2007 at Waterfront Hotel in Lahug, Cebu.
