Transaction and Compensation Section

Responsible for recruitment, selection and placement; promotion, transfer; evaluation of qualifications; preparation and maintenance of plantilla; updating of salary plan.

Employee Welfare and BenefitsSection

Responsible for maintenance of leave credits; timekeeping; overtime and incentive pays; retirement; GSIS and Pag-IBIG membership; service records/certificate of Employment; and loan application

Records/Payroll Section

Responsible for dissemination of communications, memoranda & SOP's concerning personnel matters; maintenance of 120 file (Personnel Records); coordination and negotiation with GSIS, Pag-IBIG, DOH, DBM, Malacañang and other government agencies; preparation and processing of payroll

Training and Development Section

Responsible for human resources training and development programs, monitoring of Performance Evaluation System and exit interviews. Handles preliminary screening and evaluation of applicants for employment, coordination with agencies/educational institutions on activities related to career and personnel development/improvement and employee counseling.
