The Attending Physician's fee as well as the fees for five (5) other specialists are included in the cost of the package deal.

Additional specialist consultations may be requested.

The Attending Physician's fee includes cost of one out-patient visit for the purpose of discussion and advice to the patient if these were not accomplished fully while the patient was in the hospital.

• Reservations may be made through your Attending Physician or directly with the Admitting Section. It is advised that reservations made at least 4 days prior to the desired date of admission. You are strongly encouraged to call the Admitting Section (925-2401 local 2103 to 2105 or 2139) on the day of your admission to confirm if there is a room available though you have made prior reservation.
• Note: Reservation is subject to the availability of rooms.
• Admission time is from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Patients may be admitted for CPE and CVCU, Sundays thru Fridays, and patients may be admitted for ECU, Sundays thru Thursdays.
• No admission will be made one day before a holiday for CPE/CVCU and 2 days before a holiday for ECU. Anticipated holidays will result in extension of confinement in order to complete treatment or patient may be scheduled as an out-patient.
• A deposit is required from each patient upon checking in unless previous arrangements have been made through the companies which have credit lines with the Philippine Heart Center. Company-sponsored patients must present an official authorization letter stating the type of check-up and the specific charges to be shouldered by the company.
• Should the patient desire, the hospital will assign him/her an Attending Physician from a rotation list.
• A resident physician is also assigned to assist the Attending Physician. The resident physician will do the interview and physical examination and will work under the supervision of the Attending Physician.

• Specialized invasive procedures (cardiac catheterization, coronary angiography, etc.) are not included in the diagnostic packages. There are separate packages for these procedures also at discounted rates.
• All test/procedures included in the package deal are supposed to be done except if refused by the patient or so deleted by the Attending Physician. No reduction in the package rate shall be made for the procedures that are not done.
• The package deal includes room and board (suite accommodations on the 4th floor), cost of procedures, and professional fees. Medications are not included. Professional fees for Attending Physician and other specialists should not be settled separately because these are already included in the package cost. Please pay directly to our cashier.
• Discharge time is from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
