The Management Services Office (MSO) is responsible for providing database services to various departments of the Philippine Heart Center for systems planning, data gathering, analysis of information and formulation of an integrated information system and procedures for management control and decision-making. It also coordinates with computer users and schedule computer operation to ensure reasonable computer response and optimal usage of computers.

The Hospital Information System-MSO with its head, Dr. Gerardo S. Manzo, and staff, Renato C. Doctor (System Administrator), Norman Melvin B. Baluyot (Database Administrator), and Estrellita C. De Guzman (Data Controller), Rommel I. Esquig (Web Administrator), Roberto A. Domingo (Computer Programmer), Von Dioved S. Asuque (Computer Programmer), Jonathan T. Oclares (Computer Programmer), Gertie P. Gonzales (Data Controller), Ariel C. De Leon (Maintenance Technician) together with Dr. Jerry M. Obaldo of Nuclear Medicine, is to be credited for the development, maintenance, and administration of the PHC Webpage.
